This balcony had some terrible rot issues from the previous waterproof system that was applied on it before. The balcony did not have proper slope for water drainage either which caused the water to sit and puddle up. We were able to tear up all the rot, reframe the deck with the proper slope, install proper flashing, and completely waterproof the balcony.
